Welcome to the University of Nevada at Texas A&M Tour! To ensure that all goes smoothly, please read the following information carefully, as it will provide valuable information about your trip. Official Tour Credential

To help tour hosts identify you as part of the Nevada Fan Travel group, tour credentials (name badges) are required for the motorcoach transfers and for the Friday night Welcome Reception. Your credentials will be distributed with your travel documents on-site.

Hospitality Desk is located in the lobby.

Friday, September 18

Upon arrival

Check-in at the front desk of The Westin Galleria Houston.  You have been pre-registered but you will be asked to provide a credit card for any incidentals during your stay.

12:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Hospitality Desk will be staffed in lobby. Please stop by to pick up your credentials, pregame tailgate ticket, drink tickets and meet your on-site staff.

5:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Welcome Reception at the Daily Grill (located just outside the Westin Galleria Mall entrance).
Saturday, September 19

5:30 am – 6:15 am

Hospitality Desk will be staffed in lobby.

6:15 am

Meet in the hotel lobby to begin boarding the motorcoach

The hotel will have “Grab & Go” breakfast boxes available for purchase on the 3rd floor Pre-Function area.

6:30 am

Motorcoach departs for Texas A&M University in College Station.

8:30 am – 11:00 am

The Official Wolf Pack Tailgate in the Student Recreation Center.
Features hosted cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages and BBQ Buffet

11:00 am

Following the Game

Motorcoach departs for return to Houston approximately 45 minutes after conclusion of game
Sunday, September 20

By 12:00 pm (Noon)

Please check-out at the hotel’s front desk and pay any incidentals you may have incurred. Have a safe trip home!
